SHIPPING: Please keep in mind this venture is a one-woman operation. I appreciate your business more than you can know, since buying a piece of my jewelry is a complement to my work and design. I now offer FREE STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING for orders totaling $35.00 and over. Ship anywhere in the United States for a flat rate on standard domestic shipping of $3.50 on orders up to $15.00, and $4.50 for orders between $15.01 and $34.99. When I receive an order I strive to have it packed and shipped within 1-2 days.

WARRANTY: Now…the question of how long should my jewelry last? The simple answer is…I have no idea. The beads, pendants, and findings were bought at local or online jewelry supply shops, but, I did take all those individual parts and create a piece of jewelry, so I feel responsibility for my workmanship and my supplies. Wear and tear does happen, so after one year I will not feel very responsible, but, please contact me with any problems and we will work it out, hopefully to both our satisfaction. I make my items with the utmost care, test them, and want you to be happy with your piece of jewelry. If the package arrives damaged during transit, immediately take pictures of the jewelry and the packaging and send to me so USPS can be contacted.

RETURNS: If you are unhappy with the item because you feel it does not look like the picture or description, or it falls apart due to workmanship, then Paypal offers free shipping to return to me. They do have limitations, so please review their policy. After I receive the item and inspection shows it was my workmanship, then you will receive a refund.

IS DATA COLLECTED? This website does NOT collect any data, unless you purchase a piece of jewelry…then, I do have to mail it to you. Your payment is deposited into my Paypal account and the mailing label is printed from the information you give Paypal.
WHO DO I SHARE YOUR DATA WITH? Nobody, nowhere, no way!
HOW LONG IS DATA FOR SOLD ITEM RETAINED? I keep an Excel spreadsheet of when and where my jewelry was sold, but no personal information is on it.
